What is Professional Cuddling?
The goal of professional cuddling is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be respected and accepted for exactly who you are. I provide one on one, fully clothed, completely platonic sessions following the Code of conduct and practising consent and clear communication.
What are the benefits of cuddling?
Cuddling releases Oxytocin (hormone that makes you feel good, relaxed and connected to others) and lowers Cortisol level (stress hormone). Here are just a few of the benefits cuddling can offer:

– decreases your pain level
– lowers your blood pressure and heart rate
– reduces stress
– decreases inflammation
– promotes better sleep
– reduces social anxiety
– deepens your relationships
What happens in a session?
In a cuddling session I like to concentrate on you, to give you my full attention. Every session is different and you can decide what would you like to do – talking, eye gazing, holding hands, sharing hugs, playing with hair, giving a back rub, or trying various cuddling positions.
How long does the session last?
Sessions can last from 1 hour to 3 hours (longer sessions are available upon request)
Where are sessions held?
We can arrange a session at the comfort of your place or at the therapy studio in Highgate, London
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and debit card online payments
What should I wear for my session?
The best is to wear scent-free comfortable clothing like T-shirts and sweatpants or yoga wear. The minimum of a tank top and shorts to mid-thigh length is required. Undergarments do not constitute as sufficient clothing.
Is this service really platonic?
Absolutely! All sessions are non-romantic, purely platonic and non-sexual. It’s like touching your friend or family member. I carefully select my clients to make sure they are a good fit and I communicate clearly what I do or don’t offer.
What if I become aroused during my session?
Becoming aroused is totally natural healthy human reaction, so please do not worry about it. If it happens, we make adjustments so it doesn’t take focus. As long as we won’t act on it, it will pass.
What if I become uncomfortable or want to stop?
You are free to stop the session at any time for any reason.
How do I prepare for the session?
Please arrive with a change of clothing you feel comfortable in such as T-shirt and sweatpants or yoga wear. Please be recently showered with teeth brushed and avoid wearing strong perfume or aftershave.
Is this service confidential?
Your privacy is extremely important to me. What is said in any session, your identity and your personal information stays strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else, unless required by law or where safety is compromised.
